A growth of 29.3 percent in mathematical figures equals 364.6mn rubles in financial terms. Hence, public officers will have a pay increase of 30 percent over the past one year. Pay increases will take effect as of January 1, and different rates of pay increases will apply to teachers. Class teachers who teach first-grade students and pre-school teachers will have an increase of 1000 rubles while guidance teachers will have a pay-rise of 200 rubles. The budget funding comes largely from nation-wide taxes and customs. KU/ÖZ/FT
