The case about corruption in the Sukhumi city administration will be submitted to court all the same. In spite of the fact that financial assets stolen by figurants of the criminal case were partially returned, it will be not possible to avoid next judicial process. That was declared the journalists by the assistant of the chief of the investigation management of the Ministry of inner affairs of Abkhazia Nuri Tania heading the investigation group.
He informed that the case about corruption in the capital administration is under the control of the first persons of the state. The investigators discovered that the budget means, allocated basically for solving of municipal problems, were spent not on purpose.
Let's remind the law-enforcement bodies submitted a claim to a number of high-ranked employees of Sukhumi administration of accusation of corruption and plunder of budget means.
