MOSCOW. March 2 (Interfax) - A delegation of South Ossetian observers has left for Abkhazia to monitor the parliamentary elections scheduled to be held in the breakaway republic on Sunday.
"The delegation consists of deputy speaker of the South Ossetian parliament Tarzan Kokoity, chairman of the parliament's budgetary committee Shurvan Kokoyev and head of the parliament's economic policy committee Yury Pliyev," a statement published on the official website of the South Ossetian government on Friday reads.
