The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia makes a categorical protest to Georgian authorities and calls all the parties participating in the peace process to condemn the policy of terror with irrespective purposes and motivations that Georgia uses. With such statement the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia in connection with the act of terrorism on March 8th (as a result of which four peace citizens were lost, including a seven-years old girl) acted today. In the opinion of the foreign policy department, "it is necessary to undertake effective measures on prevention of armed actions that can be provoked by Georgia through such actions".
"That is undoubted that behind the fact of the execution of peace inhabitants there is an open intention of Georgian authorities to show that Gali area is astable and not controlled by authorities of Abkhazia. These actions are also directed on pushing out of the CIS Collective peace-making forces in the conflict zone. Being guarantors of peace, the CIS CPMF were repeatedly attacked by terrorist groups from Georgia. Using such methods, Georgia has once again shown its participation in the state terrorism", - it was marked in the document.
Abkhazia once again addressed to the United Nations Organization, Russian Federation as to promoting party and the Group of Friends of the secretary general of the United Nations with requirement to give a precise and objective estimation to the actions of Georgia. Abkhazia expressed a hope that the mentioned fact would be paid attention in the following report of the Secretary general of the United Nations concerning the situation in Abkhazia.
