The chief of the Joint Staff of the Ministry of Defence of Abkhazia general-lieutenant Alexander Zajtsev informed about it the journalists. The current academic year as he said had come to the end, and the Minister of Defence intended to sum up its results, while the president of Abkhazia being the commander-in-chief had defined and put problems for the next academic year.
"Thus, operatively-mobilization gathering staff are annually organized with one purpose, with one problem - to learn how to execute correctly the functions which were defined by the commander-in-chief for the next year", - the head of the staff told. As IА REGNUM correspondent in Sukhumi informed, Zajtsev noted that gathering would last five days: the first day - lectures; the second, the third and the fourth - practical trainings.
Participants of the gathering should study military mobilization works, beginning with rural places of gathering; besides they would do exercises on driving, shooting, would practically fulfill some technical questions of carrying out trainings in various subjects. In the end of the gathering participants would be tested in war shooting, front, physical, fire and technical trainings. On the fifth day carrying out of scientific conference and summarizing of the results is planned. The Armed forces administrative board of Abkhazia (beginning with assistants to the commanders of battalion and higher) takes part in gathering.
