In his turn Sergey Shamba noted that the peace-making process, despite of some negative statements, was moving ahead. So, lately they had managed to coordinate and reach realization in all directions of the Sochi agreement. It concerned registration of the refugees coming back to Galsky area, rehabilitation works in Ingur hydroelectric power station and monitoring of conditions of the railway site in Abkhazian territory. Working out of project of the document on the international guarantees not beginning war moved also ahead. At the same time, he stated concern in forcing of conditions, especially in Galsky area.
