Minister for Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia Sergey Shamba positively estimates carrying out of the a?oceii-Abkhazian meeting on development of the international guarantees of safety and nevozobnovleniju military actions. The meeting has passed on August, 4th in Tbilisi under presidency of the Special representative of the Secretary general of the United Nations across Georgia Hajdi Taljavini and at participation of ambassadors of the countries entering into Group of friends of the Secretary general of the United Nations across Georgia.
" Negotiating process has started to develop actively and after the long period of stagnation of the party again actively discuss very important essential problems ", - has noted SHamba in conversation with journalists. " The today's meeting is devoted to safety issues. It already the fourth meeting on this problematics. Last has passed in Suhume one year ago, and we have planned, that the following meeting will be in Tbilisi. We have a hope, that we shall successfully move ahead concerning the railway and returning of refugees ", - it summarized.
